B-5 question

10grams seemed like alot to me, so i did some asking around to some people in the health feild and 2 problems came up i want you guys to comment on. 1) a few said close to the toxic dose, some said over the toxic dose. 2.) since b-5 is water soluable, you piss out the extra amounts, do you guys solve this by spaceing throughout the day?

Any doctor or nurse is going to say a mega dose of anything is toxic. They don't know shit about b-5. Best thing to do is research it yourself on the web and look for some studies to show toxic levels.
