I usually only use it during cycles and the dosage that makes it into my system is whatever the amount of room left in my syringe after drawing my goods...it usually turns out to be anywhere from a single cc to 4cc's again shot along with gear...by the way I personally have found it makes a terrible diluter for bothersome gear like T400...I use olive oil to dilute these if I'm not using a lighter gear such as
EQ...B-12 is good shit...my sister is a former VET Tech and animal control officer...she said that when animals would come into the shelter half dead they would often give them a shot of B-12 and it clear them right up...she said it was amazing what kind of effects it had on these animals...MEAT
