Bad back

What aas if any would help w/ pain in lower back?
I have degerative back disorder. Cortizone only helped
for about 2wks.

bro I am just getting over a broke back, I fracture my L1 and have a few buldging disc and some herniated ones as well. I think with me doing a small cycle of test eneth and deca helped lots I ran it for about 13 weeks about 3 weeks after I broke back was shooting 750mg test eneth and 400 deca 3 times week mon wed fri I still feel lots of pain but I am off the pain meds for now and I am still kind of slow getting up, good luck I know how the pain can be

I have a tweaked L5. I would say that AAS won't help much but if
it would I would say Deca and I would stack with some test.

I would recommend finding a good chiropractor if you don't already
have one. One that has experience with athletes. Mine is great and
treats many pro/am athletes.
