Absolutely. For me, I can almost always trace it back to not eating right, which usually means not eating enough and on time for the day or preceding 24 hours. Good reminder as to how important diet is in making progress. Best, MaxRep

My thoughts exactly I had freaking macaroni and cheese and peanut butter and jelly and some cheap fatty steak For the whole day. Not usual for me but no wonder why I don't feel like doing ANYTHING!

For me it all starts the day before....when I can get my meals together, my pre-workout shake is in my gym bag ready to mix , my clothes are clean and my i-pod is charged and I am thinking about what I have to do...everything is smoking! Yesterday i didn't have my shit together, I had an early morning meeting and I thought I wouldn't be able to make it to the gym....but we finished and I had JUST BARELY enough time to get my scheduled w/o in. So I went in and tried to rush it and got a headache and just an absolutely crappy lift. I should have waited til the next day...we live and learn. I'm not on yet, but I have noticed that my w/o's have generally (with this one exception) been much better...I think because I'm getting my stuff together for my first real cycle...I guess it's a mental thing? But so much of this is....

It is so ridiculously important to have a awsome diet. It helps you physically and mentally. If you feel like shit chances are you aren't going to push yourself as hard. If you don't eat right I don't think you should even waste your money on aas because the amount of gains between a garbage diet and a great diet while on is drastic!
