BALCO/Getting Caught statement

This is a clip from an article in the WashingtonPost from the BALCO situation:

Although possession of steroids without a prescription is a federal crime, Ross Nadel, chief of the criminal division for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California, said he was unfamiliar with any cases in which steroid users were prosecuted.

Good news for users, since all the indictments seem to be against the dealers.
