Default Beginner Stack?

hey guys, i've been doing some research and i've read most of the articles in this forum, especially the post on stacks. The recommended beginner stack was what i had been planning on. But, i know it may be too early. I am 5'9" and 185 pounds. I lift religiously, at least 4 times a week, and i vary my workouts, etc. I've read all the books. I'll be 20 in February. Do you think it is too early for me to do a beginner stack after the new year? The thing is i feel like i work really hard, but i've only gained around 15 pounds in the past year, now granted i have cut fat so i'm pretty lean at the moment. I play rugby, and we are about to be on season soon so this is the reason for possibly considering a stack. What do you guys think? Also, what happnes if i do do the beginner stack, what it be better to maybe only go 6-7 weeks instead of the 8-9? Sorry for the long post, everybody's opinion would be greatly appreciated

considering your age, i would wait. try a different workout. there are some good routines out there. hold off on the AAS.

u would be happy when if u wait. i thought about doing the same thing when i was 19 and i decided to hold out. just from my body changing (metabolism mainly) and my dedication and diet, i put on 75lbs over the next three years. when u get older, it ll be easier for ur body to hold weight. u only want to use as a last resort to push ur body past its normal limits. just eat more and stick with it and u will improve. just be patient

u said you gained 15 pounds in the past year. WHy on earth would you need AAS if you are putting on all this good weight bro? Hold off until you need it. Your mind might change down the road anyway. Be proud of what you can achieve naturally before you start the AAS.

make sure you know how to workout too. it would be a shame to waste good juice (and the possible legal implications associated with using it) on 10 weeks of piss-poor training

you're 20. dude, there is no reason you can't grow like a weed at the age of 20. your nutsac should be putting out MORE than enough anabolic hormones at that age.

hell, from the age of 14 until I turned 22 I think the only time I wasn't erect was when I was going potty.

I would wait a couple more years b4 using AAS. Like it was mentioned b4, you are at peak T levels and should take advantage of it. You said that you ONLY gained 15 lbs in a year. If it was 15 quality pounds, little fat, then you are doing great au nautural. Also consider that you possibly have not reached your full height potential and could stunt your growth. Be patient and get the most out of your body naturally before using chemical enhancement.

Post your stats....lifts ect

If you are close to a world record lift ( like a 500lb raw bench) then yes do a cycle.
