benzos and hormones

Anyone knoe what effects/benefits have benzos on anabolic hormones such as testosterone,GH and IgF-1?

I used to take Xanax and benzos a lot for recreational use. I felt like it inhibited my gains greatly. I did not feel like it altered my hormones but:
1) They have muscle relaxant properties and surely are not good for gains
2) I would get unending hunger and not care so much about what I ate so i put on fat

benzos are tranquilizers and sedatives..there are powerful and can affect your motivation, mind, make you a bit lazy, and dependant on them..dont use them unless it is absolutely necessary....but they dont affect hormones.....my first question is why do you need them

To come off from stims like EC,salbutamol and such,and get for sleep.

Of course you'right but yesterday picked up 40mg ambien and still could not sleep ,only after some ativan managed.Is there any chance OTC help me?What do you suggest?
