Yo guys.. I was just wondering what would be the best type of anobolic or other sort for quick sharp movements such as basketball or running? I have heard that NO2 is good but whatelse is there?

AAS in general have been shown to facilitate the conversion of slow twitch fibers to fast twitch fibers. This question is nearly identical to the "what steroid is best for runners" post recently....read that.
