Best encrypted email IS?

I have had hush for about a decade, it's getting to the point where spam is an issue, old companies I no longer wish to do business with are still spaming me. I've used the filters and of course some of the important emails are getting deleted. For the moment I'm using cyber-rights, but there has to be a better one out there somwhere.

I found this place, which costs a good penny, but it looks like the best featured, most private that I could find... https://www.anonymousspeech.com/Default.aspx ... I don't have ANY financial interest in this company but they make a very compelling arguement to use them. Has any one found something similar that may be a bit cheaper? And if so, please rate it on a scale of one to ten. We'll start the bar by calling HUSH a 6 out of ten.
