Default Best injection site for L-carnitine?
I recently acquired L-carntine--I have heard good things about it. I am perplexed by the conflicting opinions as to where to inject it--sub q or IM. I would appreciate some feedback from anyone in the forum who has some experience with L-carnitine, and what they feel is the best injection location. Thanks.

most of us take it orally, i wasn't aware of a readily available injectable version.

keep in mind that l-carnitine enhances the process of fat use for energy by the mitochondria in cells...so you don't want to take it with your EFA's because they won't be as effective. Just an FYI.
