Well Legal Gear has a product that is based on Estrogen derivative believe or not that is suppose to help in muscle gains and protein retention. Seems interesting. GO to the site to read some of the research. CEE creatine is pretty good at about 5grams per day.

No legal supplement is really going to rip you up, despite what the label claims. ECA is decent, but it isn't gonna do even 1/10 as much as a good diet and exercise. With this fact in mind, a good diet and some HARD work with weights and cardio will do the trick. Most people do not understand how hard it is to get really lean naturally....it takes a LOT of work and you have to really push yourself. Your body naturally does not like to lose a lot of bodyfat beyond normal levels, so you have to force it to do so.

if you take in too much protein then your body converts it to fat buddy. for the most part I agree with Joey Ness and think you guys should lay off of him not because my emotions are involved but because he knows what he's talking about right down to the sleep habits strength and honor pal
