REDLINE worked good for a couple of my friends....for cut

i personally like CR2 by ALRI...for a creatine ester product..for hardness...and a little pump

creatine with insulin has done the trick for a couple of friends..but i would not recommend it without intense research on how to use insulin

lots of Protein to build fat mass and muscle
(1-2grams of protein per lb of bodyweight)

since 2grams of protein per pound of body weight will make you gain some fat you'll need a (EC stack)
if you wanna look hard-cut without the fat covering the muscle

Ephedrine,Caffeine(EC) to burn off the fat and reveal the muscle underneath

More Ephedrine,Caffeine in pill form to burn more fat caused by high protein intake

and last of all, lots of sleep (12hours+++) per day because when you workout then eat right and sleep more your testosterone levels will be higher then if you didn't sleep at all and with higher testosterone levels your workouts are more effective for muscle building

people say you grow while your resting/sleeping

I use LaBrada's Lean Body MRP's. I use creatine once in a while because I do believe that I make improved strength gains while on it. But it gives me the shits. I think most supp's are shit aren't they??

Well Legal Gear has a product that is based on Estrogen derivative believe or not that is suppose to help in muscle gains and protein retention. Seems interesting. GO to the site to read some of the research. CEE creatine is pretty good at about 5grams per day.

No legal supplement is really going to rip you up, despite what the label claims. ECA is decent, but it isn't gonna do even 1/10 as much as a good diet and exercise. With this fact in mind, a good diet and some HARD work with weights and cardio will do the trick. Most people do not understand how hard it is to get really lean naturally....it takes a LOT of work and you have to really push yourself. Your body naturally does not like to lose a lot of bodyfat beyond normal levels, so you have to force it to do so.

if you take in too much protein then your body converts it to fat buddy. for the most part I agree with Joey Ness and think you guys should lay off of him not because my emotions are involved but because he knows what he's talking about right down to the sleep habits strength and honor pal
