i did this by itself

started out with 3 amps/week for 3 weeks, then 2 amps/week for 9 more weeks (12 total weeks). I retained very little water and got strong as hell. imo, this was the best test for the money-- bought a bunch for $2/amp!!!

Fraggle..Alot of guys do not like sust because it gives some sides including oily skin/acne/water gains.I Have never used omna but have used sust 2 x. I love the blend of test that it gives you..each esther timed differently,and enjoy the longer acting property it gives.The bit of prop included gives you quicker kick time and you can feel the prop kick each time you inject.Unfortunately though in my opinion it does not have enough prop mgs per ml.If you supplemented with prop this would be a really good cycle for anyone..even us older guys who need the prop to keep libido up,stable etc.As far as water retention and oily skin I have not gotten either at low dose of 325 mgs per 4 days.I have recieved slow steady gains though and hope to keep all of them this time.In short it does not compare to enth or cyp because it works much differently for me.I would use it again and do prefer it over enth and or cyp.
First time cycle for begginers they should use 50 mgs prop each injection as scheduled above and 200 mgs sust/omna each injection as scheduled above..in a 7 day period this should average 500 mgs test.For us guys that have cycled many times I would run 75 mgs of prop each injection and 325 mgs sust/omna....The first guy that try's this please post a log.

Very true. You can take them Monday morning and Thusday afternoon to make the 2 split shots equal time apart.

Something else very cool about this cycle would be using prop eod at end of cycle during 3 week period sust is clearing..unless you use the Fraggle Taper.

Don't take it. Send it to me. That shit will kill you. Gotta go with the Monday AM and Thursday night approach for the newer guys and the EOD approach for more experienced larger guys. Stack it. Run it 12 weeks.
