bloat out of control

sup bros, last cycle I did was 10weeks, I was on sustenon 250mg every 4-5 days + 10-20mg of dbol in the morning. I had the only moonface, I couldnt hang out with people I meet once in a while cuz they would think something was wrong with me. It was so bad that I stopped the dbol, and some of bloat subsided but I was still moonfaceman.

Question is, what are the methods to control bloat? If I added some winstrol to my next cycle, will that decrease the bloat? Or should I be looking more toward an anti-aromatize like arimidex or femara? thanks

.25mg/day of adex and 10mg/day of nolva is the minimum for any cycle IMO.

whats causing the bloating? the d-bol, the test or both?

Depends what Testosterone, Enanthate,Cypionate,or Suspension cause some bloat...Propionate will cause some, but not near as much...I would definately say 75-80% of it is the Dianabol.Add some Liquidex at .5 MG EOD, that will help acne if you are getting any, and also help the bloat in the face.I hope this helps you sir.

i bump what einstein says and that is an absolute minimum for me...both the test and d-bol cause bloat

Taking what your are, dbol and test u should have known that estrogen was going to be a concern. I know some people don't like to take any ancillary drugs to control the bloat because it could sacrifice some gains, I disagree with them, I'd rather look good the entire time I'm on the juice. Also it may not just be bloat but also fat. My first cycle of test/Eq I actually went up 7% in bf because I did not take any Nolva or Arimidex. So IMO I would definately get some arimidex and take .25 or .5 mg ED while on cycle.

Great advice! On a side note 25mg proviron and 10-20mg nolva everyday also works for most to control mild bloat- it defintely sounds like an anti-a is needed here though

take liquidex, .5mg/day PLUS take 2 diurex tablets ed.

You can get them at any drug store and THEY WORK for flushing water out.
