Blood work results... need help!!

this are my hormone levels... I am OFF cycle.

name - Value - ranges
albumin 53.7 <35-53>
estradiol 74 <0-160>
total TST 46.26 <5-30>
free TST 817.62 <163-847>


But.
I feel on 250mg/week of TST enanthate amazing and when I am off I feel like a crap and depressed.

Also I dont have body hair or beard, And I look younger..

What is my problem?

HCG 5000/week for two weeks
40/40/20 of tamoxifen and
100/100/50 of clomid

why I have so high level of TST? can it be becouse of low 5ar and low aramatase enzymes?

Which can also cause that I feel like crap when I am off cycle?

Or my problem is not in hormones but in psychic?
