Board Sponsor Issue - MESO-Rx

I may get flamed for this, so I'll tip-toe as best I can. Have your experiences with S-P been positive or negative? I placed an order with them on June 25th and have recieved nothing. They're responses to my emails have stated "just wait for your order". Not pleased.

if you have a problem with the sponsors, please take it up with a mod via pm.
but for reference, ive heard nothing negative about them
