Default Body Opus thoughts and/or comments

Hey guys, I was thinking of getting Dan Duchaines "Body Opus" book. Does anyone have any input or comments about this book? Is it worth getting or not? I am looking for a resource that provides good info on diet and training. I want to achieve and maintain a lean physique year round ( 6-8% BF). And I think this can be achieved without using AAS. There has to be a resource or Bible per say for this, any input or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Gents

Have it & read it years ago...basically talks about losing bodyfat by putting your body into a ketogenic state. I found it interesting but I have to believe that the same information is available on the web for free.

I like books also. I would go to the bookstore with an hour or two to kill and look through these types of books. Just grab a few at a time and take a rest in one of the recliners to see which one you like
