Pro Bodybuilders use high amount of testosterone per year...and this should cause Insulin Resistance right ?!

What they do about this?

I've never heard any information regarding testosterone = insulin resistance.
Got any information on that for us please?
High carb and sugar diets lower insulin sensitivity.
