RSOC Blast caps are good to go. Take no more than 2 per day for no longer than 30 days. Seems to be very harsh on the hair line for some. I believe the average gain has been 8-12lbs.( This was with only taking the caps themselves, not stacked with anything and were veteran users. ) Hope this was what you were looking for.
