Just got this book and it is beyond my expectations. This is a must have book. If you haven't read Chemical Muscle Enhancement this is the 2nd of a 3 book series. CME was more of a reference book. BPB has numerous protocols for building muscle and losing fat in ways that go beyond anything i've ever read.

i have been wondering how this book was. would it be okay just to get this one by itself or do you feel it is more beneficial to get the first book also?

I would get the first one because you should be able to fully understand it before moving on to the next book or you will be lost. Their website recommends CME if you have been using gear for less than 3yrs. and BPB for people using gear for over 3yrs.
