im 6'3 220lbs. 25%bf...finished last cycle in end of oct/05 and was 240 33bf(but went on a little party bender)
ideally i would like to be 230-240 with 15-20 bf...so how does ths sound
week1 loading phase-deca 800mg/week and test 400-1600mg/week and liquid d-ball 50 mg ed
week2 loading phase-same as week1
week3-8-deca 300mg week/cyp200mg week/enanthate250 mg week/ and 50 mg liquid d-ball ed
week8-16 fina gold 100mg/winni 100 mg and test propinate 100 mg eod
also week 1-8 clen pump 2 days on 2 off
week 1-16 novadex 20 mg ed
week 1-16 proviron 25 mg eod
week 16-18 clomid 100 mg ed
week 18-22 clomid 50 mg ed
also i will buy hcg for end of cycle...should i start the clomid week 16 or weight a couple weeks after last shot than start it???
should i add gh to this cycle????

Ok you're 6'3 ,220 @ 25% bodyfat and you want to be 230-240 after this cycle with 5-10% less bodyfat. Keep dreaming! First, my disclaimer is that I am going to be honest and tell it like I see it, OK?
Well, 6'3 220 is a decent size, but not at 25% bodyfat! 1/4 of your body is fat, and you're not even that big! You come on here with this extensive cycle planned, but what about your nutrition? What do you eat? Steroids are not going to make you gain 10-20lbs and lose 5-10% bodyfat. Do you really think that? If so, I have some swampland in Kansas to sell you.
You admit that on your last cycle that you partied too much and got up to 33% BF, so what is your priority? Are you going to party and be fat or are you going to drink in moderation and focus on losing some fat? You need to get this straight before using steroids, this shit isn't some crutch that you use to try to look good while eating and training like shit...it doesn't work like that, and you will never look like you want if you do that. They help, but you gotta do your part too.
My advice is to forget the steroids for now and to post what you eat and how you train in the respective sections. Your diet must be fucked, and I will just venture to say that your training methods are probably off, too. I 100% guarantee that if you post those two things for people here to critique and then go from there, your results from your next cycle will be exponentially better. I used to do the same thing as you, and it took someone who is an elite lifter to basically get in my face and tell me I was basically being lazy and wasting my time.

There is no chance in hell you will be cutting with deca, enanthate and cypionate. You need to do some serious cardio before you jump on another cycle and get your diet in check. After you have reached about 15 % body fat NATURALLY, then you can do a Prop, Winny, Var, Tren cycle and finally get a look at your physique. That cycle is horrible for what you are trying to achieve, or any cycle as of now. that is all
JDub well first off thx for your honesty...last cycle i got caught up in the partying but this time am going to be a lot more dedicated...i have been working out on and off for over 10 years...i could never break the 220 barrier although i was happy with my size and strength...so last cycle i just ate whatever i saw which was at times a lot of garbage and that would explain the weight gain and the bf goin up..this time i am goin to be aot more strict o my diet...
OK, so you're going to be more strict on your diet. How about posting what you plan to eat in the nutrition section? I am telling you, what you eat is just as important as training when using steroids. You can train your balls off, but if you don't eat right will won't get that much from it. I am natural now and my gains are much better than what most people get out of AAS because I know how to eat and train. You can't just say you're going to eat better without a plan. Failing to plan is planning to fail.
And about your training...how do you train?? How strong are you? Post this stuff in the training section. Of course you don't have to and you can just stay at 25% BF, it's your choice. I just don't see the point in putting a potentially harmful substance in your body and not even getting full benefit from it.
