In theory how would this look for a bulking then cutting cycle?
Week 1 to 6:- 500mg
Sust 250 mon 250 thu
4500 cals
Week 7 to 10:- 200mg
Sust 100 mon 100 thu. 50mg of
Tren eod
2500 cals
Obviously with all the correct foods and nutrients in place! 5*5 all the way through, then weeks 7 to 10, 45 mins of cardio 6 days a week. Would this be too much for a first cycle? Also can some of you veterans remember your first cycles?

Would
clomid and nolv be ok for pct or should some
hcg be on hand?
