Default ....but for me a size program looks like this

Someone posted this as a guideline for me to workout to recently. Questions: Its ok to only work amuscle group once a week? And where should i squeeze in traps? Thanx

Now I know there are alot of new very complex workouts. I've been training Bodybuilders and Fitness Models for over 15 yrs. I do this full time, but for me a size program looks like this
Mon Chest: 20-30 sets
Tues Biceps 12-16 sets
Weds Legs 20-30 sets
Thurs shoulders 12-16 sets, plus Triceps 12-16 sets
Friday Back 20-30 sets
Two days off. Now your main muscle groups better be sore as hell or your training like a Pussy. There is no over training, just under eating and under resting.
The Biggest, and Strongest men and Women, built world class bodies with this program thru out many decades

i always do two corisponding muscle group together if appicable...

chest...tri's
back...bi's
legs
shoulders...traps

but it all depends on what time of the year it is...if it's time for massing or cutting.
cutting ill lift each body part two times weekly once heavy and once 60% of max til failure.
