i can get it in local pharacy its total cheap...but for hgh you need 1ml vials

At swedish pharmacies one can buy a saline solution for contact lenses that was said to be bacteriostatic water at a swedish AAS forum. Is it really the same? If I buy it online, should I worry about expiration dates? For example, "Abott Laboratories" admits theirs expired the 1st this month.
