what size needle did you use yeah its tough too get in too but you can do it, point the needle up a bit at a nice angle so it goes with the fibers not through them, same advice for biceps fibers run vertical not horizontal , tryit again

use insulin for calves DAMN 22' for calves ouch use those for bi's good luck btw scar tissue is ok in your triceps and bi's it actually makes them bigger
