But if the debate is "The best way to get
DNP in Canada" Then D is likely your best bet, because as stated... P will not ship to Canada.
Unless he's going to use a service like... MyUSABox which even then will run baseline $35 + the chance of it getting seized...
D will re-ship if it gets seized,
and also has a bunch of extra goodies in his caps. (not saying this justifies the price and I'm also unaware of P's extra ingredients at this time)
Sadly such is the way with everything in Canada. If you want it bad enough, you'll have to pay more for it. Just the way it goes.
