Default Candy's 2nd DNP Cycle - Most Effective Dosage

Whats up guys. The first time I used DNP I started at 200mg the first day than went right into 400mg and than 600mg, damn was that a mistake. I stopped my cycle early. I lost about 5lbs in 7 days.


Day 1 200mg
Day 2-5 400mg
Day 6-7 600mg

Equals BAD IDEA!

I am going to run another cycle but this time I believe I will stay at 200mg for awhile. I want to see how that works for me. If I feel like it isnt getting the job done I will bump it up to 400mg.

It will look something like this:

2 Week Cycle

Week 1 - 200mg DNP
Week 2 - 400mg DNP

I might even stay at 200mg the entire time.


What do you guys think would be the most effective dosage in a 2 week cycle?

Diet,cardio is the message not getting through to you if you cant stick to a diet you should not be using dnp.

my guess is that at that dose you should probably take the cycle a little longer. Stay at 200 but just longer. That is what i will be doing

Im with manwhore on this one... try 200 and run it a while, its bearable and will give you good results. Next time you can bump it up. Remember, with the longer halflife (36hrs i believe) there is a buildup effect. Run 200 for a while, it'll build as you go so dont be too quick to jump up the dosage.

This would be good as u will be able to work out and do cardio as usual without any problems.

To be honest with you I upped it to 400mg. But Im trying something new and its working. I take 1 pill at 7am and the next around 12PM before I go to sleep. I did that last nite and I feel fine. I feel like im still on 200mg. I can do cardio and lift, I am abit week and lethargic but I just got done drinking a soda and eating some marshmellows. I had cherios for breakfast and I had a small piece of pizza(cant help it) along w/ my soda.

Guys if you had to choose one thing whats better to do on dnp, Cardio or Lifting?

Heavy lifting is out, you won't build muscle while on DNP. Light Lifting might help you maintain muscle altho DNP is pretty muscle sparing. Light cardio is ok as long and will help you lose a bit of fat as long you're super-careful to maintain hydration and don't exhaust yourself.

Having said all this, neither dnp, cardio or lifting, in combination or alone, will do you any good if you eat shit rather than real food, so until you improve your diet, I don't know why you're bothering.
