Man I noticed in one of those charts that Deca was used with out testosterone. Unless you dont like to have sex with your mate I wouldnt recomend anyone try that cycle!

Reading books are just a part of learning. Personally, I like Llewellyn's book.

Ask a lot of questions, read AAS profiles, ancillary profiles, stick around these boards and get some real world experience and feedback. Not everyone knows what they are talking about though.

Before you know it you will determine what is BS and what is not. Sometimes it's your own experience that will help determine this. There is a lot to learn. Stick with the basics at first.
