Hey bros,

Just wanted to know if anybody has done chest injections. If yes, do they hurt and where exactly do you shoot it at in the chest. Any replies would help.

its freaky...i mean your jabbing into your chest....but its painless...and it gives your pecs the feeling of just being worked out...my pecs are allways in my spot rotation

I shoot into chest all the time its my best site, make sure you usa the proper size pin for the injection, and got to www.spotinjections.com

Would a 23g and 1.5' needle be alright to do a chest injection along as I don't push it in all the way.

i have with a 27 and (get this) a 30g needle. (hehe) The 30 took two hours to get the oil through. the 27g's are aight. both length were 1/2 inch. Not bad.

that shit is way too insane for me. i personally have only done glute and quad, and i much prefer quad. i can't see myself doing it anywhere else. mainly for the fact that i've heard spot injections don't really work.
if someone can convince me they can then i might consider calves even though i've heard it's very uncomfortable.

Yea Calves suck for spot injections! Did a shot of test-cyp and it hurt like hell for a few days! Was able to walk but felt like I worked calves all day long!

Use a 25 gauge 1" needle.
