IMO, it wouldnt be wise to post on ANY boards classifieds section. The government is, without question, watching every single major (and probably most minor) AAS boards. To open yourself up to that type of scrutiny is just not an intelligent decision.

I recall seeing some newspaper article a month back or so where the dea came out n said that they just finished a 6 month internet investigation on drug trafficking, yielding some number of arrests for "online steroid sources." But i cant imagine that--with the new laws about to come into play--this is the end of their investigation. Id just be curious to know when this fallout is really gonna happen Roid |

Scare tactics! What a bunch of BS. Did you know that 98% of all imports into this country don't even get looked at by customs! The Gov trys to rule by paranoia. Scare you into submission! I still believe you have to do something really stupid to get busted. JMHO

"I still believe you have to do something really stupid to get busted" I don't think so to be honest. Let's say a guy gets busted and he doesn't delete his e-mails. Under pressure from the feds, he gives them his password and what do you know, there is your e-mail with your order info and your shipping address, probably your home or your PO Box. The feds in that state call the DEA (or whatever) office near you, and tell them about it. Being awfully bored that day, they decide to pay you a visit since you're only 5 minutes away and what do you know, there are some agents at your door. You have no idea what they have on you, etc. They can probably at the minimum try to get you for attempted possession. The myth about shutting the door on them without a search warrant is just that, as if they come to visit you they will likely find something to get you for. Say what you will about what you would do then, but before getting too cocky this is a VERY realistic scenario. No amount of "smartness" can prevent this, and trust me scenarios like this will happen more frequently from now on. |

Hey stop talking dude. I can tell you dont know anything. Have you ever been busted before? You think the DEA will just come to your door and for what? attemped possession? YOU HAVE TO AT LEAST BE CAUGHT WITH POSSESSION. They dont file a petty ass case on "attemped possession" dude. The DA would laugh at the cops. The cops might arrest you and give you a real hassle with 1 night in jail but even then thats extremely rare. Also, they DO have to have a search warrant to enter your house. They dont really bother personal users although it isnt uncommon for it to happen. Quote:

OK, believe what you want. You do not have to be caught with possession, where in the world did you get that from "dude"? Ever heard of conspiracy "dude"? Jamal Lewis ring a bell? They will absolutely come to your door if they have an address from a busted source's computer. Whether the DA would laugh or not depends on where you live and various other factors (such as the political climate), so that is an inaccurate statement. You really think they don't go after personal users?? Keep thinking that, OK? Of course they have to have a search warrant to come in, did I say they didn't? Before going off like that again in your highly unintelligent and mind-numbing vernacular, at least get your facts straight. |
