Hey all,


Curious about a couple things,


I know a dose of 100mcg of Clen is effective but is this considered a daily extreme or minimal dosage?

Is this something best taken with a cycle to ensure fat is not gained or better for post cycle with a strict diet and cardio?


Is this something that effects your muscle mass as well or is it mainly targeting fat?

Lastly, Im assuming caffeine, N.O Explode, ect. would be just fine stacked with clen correct?

Well I wouldnt stack clen with other thermogenic products. I would cycle the clen 3 weeks on and then 2 weeks off (take ECA during this 2 weeks) then 3 weeks again. It is usually done after pct.

Taper your way up on Clen from either 20mcg or 40mcg depending on tolerance. Ramp up to no more than 140mcg. I also take 2000mg of taurine ed while on Clen.

No need to stack other thermos or caffeine with Clen.

Clen is good to take when cutting or dropping body fat along with cardio and a great diet.

you can try T3 with your Clen Bro. I know that a lot of guys are afraid of cytomel but if you do not exceed 6 weeks you will be fine.

I think it depends on the clen you get. Some I have tolorated 120 mcg very well and some I take 40 mcg and I am a shaking mess. Also depending on the clen, if you like a coffee in the morning, just try and space it out a little from when your taking it and you should be fine.
I don't like Cytomel,makes my neck throb, but that's me, I know many people who take it with no problem. I have taken it with clen and it does work pretty good.

I can't take that clen. it screws me up so bad. I couldn't sleep even on sleeping pills. and damn i was sweating in my bed all night. like to drove me crazy.

clen by itself is a mild fatburner at best and the sides are not worth it. Run t3 with it if you can and you will be verry happy with the results

Was there a recent thread on here about T3 that mentioned it was possible to stay on T3 for periods a lot longer than 6 weeks and still regain normal thyorid function when finished??
