Basicly all i want to know is if you use of clen will it hinder gains??
Aslo what the recomended dose,(6.1 - 13.9)
Any info is great chaps! Never had any experince with the stuff.

bro it will not hinder your gains, it can actually help them due to increased protein uptake. it will however increase your metabolism, so just be sure to up your intake of healthy cals a bit if you notice your muscle mass start to decrease at all. most run it with t3 due to the fact they work synergistically

as for the dosage, I would start with one 20mcg pill on day 1, 40mcg day 2, 60mcg day 3, 80mcg day4 , 100mcg day 5, 120mcg day 6, some go higher, but 120mcg is a fairly strong dose.

ramp back down the same way as you came up, going from 120 to 20.
