Default clen & cytomel usage

I have 50 cytomel and 100 clen and I am trying to find out a recommended usage together.(I am 270lbs) I am hearing different things on the clen, I have heard and read 2 days on 2 days off and also seen 1/2wks on and 1/2wks off. I hear I will get great results w/ this, I am currently on 100mg Winstrol every other day.

Well, keep in mind I haven't run much of either but here is a fairly common cycle that works well with most people. I am also using the assumption that you are healthy and don't have any medical conditions.

With the T3, you need to slowly ramp up, then stay at your max for 2-3 weeks and then ramp back down.

with a maximum time of 5-6 weeks on total.

you will want to base your max dosages on how much stuff you have and the effects you get. For most, seems to be in the 75-100 mcg territory.

The clen would be best run for two weeks on, two off. start at 20-40mcgs per day and work up to what you can handle.

I am not a doctor, nor a veteran, and I strongly advise you take the utmost caution with your experiment and this was merely for entertainment purposes, yadda yadda yadda....

Yeah....I am very healthy, just trying to drop some wieght I picked up in the winter and get ready for the summer. I was thinking of starting w/ 1 clem the first day then got to 2 for 1wk, take a week off then repeat. As for the cytomel was going to take 2 tabs 1morning/1afternoon for the next 25 days. I appreciate the info

Bro, try running the clen 2 weeks on/ 2 off. On your off weeks substitute Ephedrine/caffeine.
I've only tried t3 once and 25mcg was plenty for me. Just be careful how high you go becuase it can eat up muscle too. Make sure to split the dosages up to am and pm as it has a short half life. I personally wouldn't run t3 longer than 6 weeks though because you don't want to be on thyroid meds the rest of your life. And I wouldn't ramp down as your thyroid is already suppressed and even a lower dosage will keep it that way. IMO, Just stop with your max dose and give it a couple weeks to get back to normal. Don't know much about the cytomel - but I am on Clen right now - I did a lot of research on it and what I found was that 2 weeks on/2weeks off is best. The clen needs to build up in your system just like gear, so 2 days on / 2 days off is bullshit - Cen being a beta receptor agonist will bind these receptors and eventually the body will adapt to it and shut down those receptors and the clen will no longer give any results - hence the on/off protocol - I read that on average it takes the body 18 days to gete used to clen - If you haven't tried clen before start with 1 on the first day (20mcgs) and watch the sides - if you are fine move up the next day and so on - Once I hit 2/day I felt it and then moved to 3/day - it took me about 2-3 days on 3 to get used to the sides and then I moved to 4/day, I stayed at 4/day for the rest of the 2 weeks - the last 3 days I was totally fine. I sweated a lot since my body temp went up and was groggy (clen makes you tired) - I took a pill every two hours and never past 4 pm - also you don't want to take clen before you work out, I hear it can be screwy to your workouts - I also supplemented 3-5 grams a day of taruine (clen depletes taurine levels in your liver) and potassium to help with muscle cramps - Clen will cause muslce cramps, at least it did in me. Every time I tried to run my calves would be rock hard after 5 mins on the treadmill, running was a BITCH. Also, clen increases vascularity, not only in your body but also in your head, so I got headaches as well. To solve that I also took 2 alleve every morning with my vitamins and supplements while on. I also got heart burn, but I am prone to that - I also got real tired on clen too, during the day I would yawn non-stop. So I started drinking diet coke when I got tired. The diet coke has nothing in it...basically just liquid caffiene and that did the trick. I will move up to 100 mcgs (5 pills) and possibly 120 mcgs for my next two week cycle, but I read somewhere to not go past 140.

There is a thread on here that has a great link to a clen site that has come great info...I think it was called "Clenbuterol???"...but there was a link to some really good info

btw, after two weeks, I did notice a difference

Try this on the T-3,,,works great.

Day 1-3 25mcg
Day 4-6 50mcg
Day 7-9 75mcg
Day 10-12 100mcg
Day 13-15 75mcg
Day 16-18 50mcg
Day 19-21 25mcg

A short run,,but works good. You can make it a 4-5 wker
just have to keep up-in the dose by 25mcg every 3 days,,
then taper back down the same way. I'd try the short run
if this is your first time. Good luck.

I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but the T3 gives me headaches and makes me feel like crap. I've only used the Mexican Cynomel brand, so I'm not sure if other brands will do this or not.

This is my suggestion. I have given this to many bros and has worked wonders. depending on a persons tolerance you may want to up the dose a bit or lower it.
This is just a base chart!
Chart:
Cytomel T3
Each / = 1 day
wk1 = 1/1/2/2/3/4/4
wk2 = 4/5/5/5/5/5/5
wk3 = 6/6/6/6/6/6/6
wk4 = 5/5/5/5/4/4/4
wk5 = 4/4/3/3/2/2/2
wk6 = 2/1/1/.5/.5/.5/.5

Clebuterol
Each / = 1 day
Week 1
