Don't know much about the cytomel - but I am on
Clen right now - I did a lot of research on it and what I found was that 2 weeks on/2weeks off is best. The
clen needs to build up in your system just like gear, so 2 days on / 2 days off is bullshit - Cen being a beta receptor agonist will bind these receptors and eventually the body will adapt to it and shut down those receptors and the
clen will no longer give any results - hence the on/off protocol - I read that on average it takes the body 18 days to gete used to
clen - If you haven't tried
clen before start with 1 on the first day (20mcgs) and watch the sides - if you are fine move up the next day and so on - Once I hit 2/day I felt it and then moved to 3/day - it took me about 2-3 days on 3 to get used to the sides and then I moved to 4/day, I stayed at 4/day for the rest of the 2 weeks - the last 3 days I was totally fine. I sweated a lot since my body temp went up and was groggy (
clen makes you tired) - I took a pill every two hours and never past 4 pm - also you don't want to take
clen before you work out, I hear it can be screwy to your workouts - I also supplemented 3-5 grams a day of taruine (
clen depletes taurine levels in your liver) and potassium to help with muscle cramps -
Clen will cause muslce cramps, at least it did in me. Every time I tried to run my calves would be rock hard after 5 mins on the treadmill, running was a BITCH. Also,
clen increases vascularity, not only in your body but also in your head, so I got headaches as well. To solve that I also took 2 alleve every morning with my vitamins and supplements while on. I also got heart burn, but I am prone to that - I also got real tired on
clen too, during the day I would yawn non-stop. So I started drinking diet coke when I got tired. The diet coke has nothing in it...basically just liquid caffiene and that did the trick. I will move up to 100 mcgs (5 pills) and possibly 120 mcgs for my next two week cycle, but I read somewhere to not go past 140.
There is a thread on here that has a great link to a
clen site that has come great info...I think it was called "Clenbuterol???"...but there was a link to some really good info
btw, after two weeks, I did notice a difference
