The rule of thumb for
clen is 1 week on 1 week off. On weeks you're not taking
clen you can use an ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin). Get your self some taurine and take 3g ED and makes sure you eat some bananas or get a potassium supp to avoid muscle cramps. I didn't do this the 1st time I did
clen cause I didn't think I'd cramp, but I did.. so actually consider it.
Although ppl may disagree, I personally wouldn't do t3 w/ out also using
test. So, IMO get some.
