Default Clen dosing...ease in or start high?

I've read and heard conflicting opinions. I'm about to start running clen, i'm going to run it at 100mcg a day. Should I start out with a lower dose and work my way up to 100mcg or just start right out with 100mcg? If I need to start out lower, what do you recommend? how many days of low dosing?

If you haven't used clen before, start low to see how well you tolerate it.
It's really up to you ,some people well advise starting at 20mcg then up wards in 20mcg increments.
I've used it a few times so I start out full dose.
It can cause insomnia and that's no fun.

I personally would suggest you start @ 20mcg and work your way up by 20mcg increments.

the right way to use clen in tapering it up and down.....it's not a candy bro!
I've used clen a lot, and think a good cycle , for a first time user, could be
20mcg/1°week, 40 mcg/2°week, 60mcg/3°week, 40 mcg/4°week, 20mcg/5°week
....whan you use clen always add the aminoacid TAURINE

clen lowers the levels of amino taurine
the amino taurine regulates heart's beat......this is the reason you can have palpitation when you're on clen
when I'm on clen I add 1500mg taurine/d

I would have to agree with the warrior on the pyramiding of clen. I find this to be the best for me as well. Everyone's body is different. Although keep in mind there are so many "brands" of clen out there that 80mcg of one brand might be as strong as 60mcg of another brand. Depending on your size start with 20mcg. If after day 4 you aren't feeling it anymore, up it to 40mcg. for 3-4 days. I personally do this. Adding 20mcg every 3-4 days until I reach 120mcg. I stay there for a week and taper down to 80mcg for 5 days, then 40mcg for 5 days. Finally using 20 mcg for about a week. You will know when you are using to much when your heart is pounding all day and headaches begin to occur. Drink a lot of water. Good luck.
