Exclamation Clen + ECA
I was thinking about doing both of these at the same time, but I remembered reading somewhere that you shouldn't mix the 2. Can someone refresh my memory. Is it not safe to use both Clen & ECA at once?

Don't mix. If you want....do 2 on clen 2 off with ephedrine caffeine and so on.

they are both Beta-2 agonists and the more powerful of the two compounds (clen) will take effect, making additional ingestion of ECA pointless. so you can mix the two but whats the point...you're merely wasting money.

I agree you can gain more harm than any good from mixing. Alternating each 2 weeks will give better results.
