Clen+T3+Anabol+Nolvadex = Good? Decent? No way?

Ok guys, gonna try to get myself cut a little leaner. Gonna start some with some Clen + T3. I hear that this will cut more than just fat.. Do you think Anabol would be good to preserve some muscle tissue? Nolvadex to counter any Gyno stuff?
