i was wondering some things about clen. i have heard it is about equal to an ECA stack except for lesser sides. like what? ECA really messed me up it terms of headaches, high BP and my heart would race periodically. should i expect the same from clen? thanks in advance guys.

from my experience, clen is stronger. i got headaches...but some tylenol took care of that and by day 3 they stopped. definate racing of the heart at higher doses. try one pill and see how you like it. just make sure its regular clen, not IP's superclen. more sweating too.
as far as i know, clenbuterol is more potent than ephedrine by itself. the effectiveness of the caffeine and the aspirin when i comes to fat loss is not really strong enough to make a drastic difference. so, if you really wanna attack some fat, run a clen\t3 stack with good cardio and dieting, or just run some DNP.

I disagree my man...I think many more sides with Clen..like Joe said def. the headaches can be unbearable but will subside after a week...shakes are crazy once you hit 9-10 .02's a day. Fuckin hands tremble..ha ha try holding a fork and trying to eat ha ha funny shit. With Clen work your way upto a point where the sides become untolerable then dose down to where your comfortable.
what would be a good cycle to run clen? in terms of doses and length. i heard no more than two weeks with two off. an eca stack just messes me up to bad. what about PCT? i thought none is needed for clen but just wanted to check. right now i am around 245, 6'1' and BF% in the low teens i would imagine. thanks

Yup I have never been able to hack them. They are under the surface until I go to the gym and then Bam "workout over" To bad.

Bro start at like 2 .02mcg a day and work your way up till you feel you can't handle the sides..stick with dose for 2 weeks. You need your receptors to down regulate during the 2 weeks your off (i.e. your body will get used to the Clen and thus will not be effective)..that's why you must switch to a ECA stack in order for your receptors to clear out...then hit the Clen again at the dose you can handle for 2 weeks..then back to ECA...maybe it was the brand of ECA that gave you problems?? Not sure..instead of popping maybe 3 ECA pills a day cut down to 2 my man. Dose your ECA like you would dose your Clen.
Check out dumbellpress in the classifieds...he has some ISS Zenotrope ECA for sale I beleive $25 which is a killa price considering it's not made anymore. Zenotrope is a Xenadrine clone and works in my opinion better.
I've had great results from clen. Usually I start with one pill then go to two, three,etc... up to six for a few days then back to two then take a week off. As far as cardio goes, I'm sure it is different for anyone, but I've done some serious running while taking it, with no problems. I always seemed to have great workouts and runs when I took it, but that could just be me.
As far as sides go, I did get headaches, but took Ecedrine Migraine; it cleared them up great. Yeah, the shakes can be bad for the first few days. It was always fun trying to take legible notes in class.....
