Clomid and grapefruit juice..

I'm taking 50 mg/day of clomid every day with tribulus terrestris (2,5 g/day) with grapefruit juice for inhibit enzyme CYP3A.
There are long term collacteral effects doing this thing ?
I think i'm still using clomid for 3 months.

Both of these things..
'Cause in cycle i use a lot of test and dbol..
Whatever, when i'm not in cycle, i need a fast recovering of HTPA.
But i see pretty good effects in test boosting too..

Yah, I have heard that the enzyme enhances things.

I was never sold on trib, used it many times, just never was happy with it.
Tried many diffrent ones and even the ones where it was supposed to be of Bulgarian stash and TBH, I was never impressed.

I think that Eurycoma Longifolia (aka. Ali's Walking Stick, Tongkat Ali, and Longjack) might sound promising but I never tried that (yet).
I hear you get wood off of that and if this is the case then maybe there is something here.
If you do a search there is alot of information on it, pretty new too.

Did you use hCG during your cycle? Remember bro, it takes 5 days to excrete just half of your daily ingested dose of clomid (CC). I wouldn't even bother with the TRIB.

I think he is but not sure. I have always thought taking some orals with grapefruit juice because I have read research on how many drugs are actually concentrated more with grapefruit juice due to an enzyme in grapefruits that can increase the potency of drugs.

90% of all oral drugs are metabolized by cyp3A4 in the cytochrome p450 family. cyp3A4 is present in the gut as well as the liver and can be inhibited by ingesting grapefruit/juice. Since clomid is a substrate for cyp3A4, when grapefruit inhibits cyp3A4 the oral drug clomid escapes the first pass metabolizm in the gut and achieves higher plasma concentrations than otherwise.
