confused with sus 250

Hi, ive been taking sus for 3 weeks at 2 ml a week in 1 jab. should i break these jabs down or leave it as it is, getting good pumps in the gym but not lasting very long, whats going on?????????????

Sustanon should be injected two - three times a week to keep blood levels steady. You can inject on monday and thursday for example, 1ml each time.

Yep, your short acting test is all hitting you at once. After your 4th week your long acting test will kick in but twice a week with sust is the money.

What's your goal? Your stack depends on your ultimate end of cycle goal.

Right on! Thats is exactly how I run it, Mon & Thurs.

Stable levels is key.

i waana go big but hard aswell, im 5ft 6 & 13stone now & not a bad build, my goal is around 15 stone & rock solid muscle

For longer pumps try Nitrix (Or other proven source of N.O). and 2000mgs of Vitamin C before your workout.
