What's up all. As you can see from my post-count, I'm a newb. Hoping to gather some info from those that know. Friend and I are thinking of doing a cycle. He's done one years ago, I have not.
I'm 31, 6'4 220, playing lifelong sports. On a BF-analyzer I typically show between 8-10%. Stronger on lower body than upper, but I'm pretty well proportioned. Not a fanatical dieter, but I eat pretty well. Running 3 miles 3-4 times a week, and hitting the gym 4-5 (2 months consistant). Still playing sports too.
Don't want to get huge, I'm already a big guy, just cut and stronger (I miss dunking like when I was 21). We've done tons of reading over the last few months.
Winny is on the way at my friends suggestion, though we're considering
sust as well.
Be great to hear some ideas about this. I'm not deadset on doing a cycle, but if I can do it safely/get some results, I'm down.
