correct way to use hcg

I heard use for 10 day after cycle, twice a week for 3-4 weeks, and 1 big shot every week for 3-4 weeks. What's the best in your opinion?

IMO 300iu EOD works best for me. Especially when taken throughout a cycle

Based on the dosage available per ampule that HCG comes in how do you measure or know when you have 300i.u.'s drawn in the syringe?

Just use 500 iu for each shot...that will make measuring easy. You can use an insulin syringe and shoot sub-q, thats the best in my opinion.
You basically have to read and make your own mind up on how to use the hcg. 500iu every few days thruout your cycle is probly the best. 500iu 3days a week for the last few weeks of your cycle will do fine.
Do not wait until your cycle is over to run hcg.

do you guys use ampules instead of vials. in the uk, the hcg doesnt have a rubber stopper, so one can only use it once.

how do you get round this, and of course not having a rubber stopper makes it harder to get the hcg out of the amp, as one needs a longer needles, as you cant tip the amp upside down as the solution will fall out.

what do you guys do with the amps
