I need to know this too. Damn, constant cramps in the arches of the feet and the lower lats when I'm trying to sleep.

Also, what form of potassium is best to use... citrate, gluconate, phosphate etc?

A couple I know (both lift) had that, and for them the answer was Calcium. I know Calcium, mag, and potassium all work together...

Um, citrate's aren't too bad, chelates are absorbed okay too, but at least for calcium I can tell you that you get the best absorbtion from what they call 'Coral Calcium'. Get the Bob Barefoot stuff though, cause a lot of the other stuff is crap (taken from sand rather than dug up).

For best absorbtion, seriously, take 3 to 6 coral calcium caplets, and eat a bananna a day for the Potasium. It's all bioavailable (the coral calcium is, cause it's really coral, which are/were living sea creatures, so the calcium is much more bioavailable {usable by your body} than a citrate or chelate).

Sam's club has Coral Calcium at a good price (that Wal-Mart affiliate).
