Im using cypionate and danabol. First 3 weeks 400mg then remaining 7 weeks 600mg and also 60mg of danabol. I work out 4 on and 1 off, almost always alone. I drink at least a gallon of water a day, eat about 6 times a day (as needed) and average an intake of 4-5 protein shakes a day, 4 fish oil capsules, a multi-vitamin and amino acid pills. What kind of results should be expected and when? I begin my 4th week tomorrow the 13th.

depends on experience and what not but if you eat well and train well you'll get good results. You should be feeling it by now.

After 3 weeks of 60mg of danabol you should be seeing something.Danabol has not been made since 2004 so anything made after that date is a copy.It may contain dbol but it's not original.Also there are plenty of fake danabol about.What is the manafacturing and expiry dates?.

Also why are you increasing you test later in your cycle?.You should have started the higher dose at the begginning.

I have been getting info from a friend and he told me that If I wanted more size to increase the cyp. that would be my only option at this time. Im not sure the experation date. 3-4 friends use them and say they are great however They have been using for a while and Im a newby. I just donwt want to waste any money I want the "full monte" I am also aware of the first few week jitters- if u may. and Im sure that im there so we calculated that adding to what I was taking can only produce better results.

The answer does not lie in taking more steroids.What you are taking is fairly high for a first cycle anyway.On 400mg of cyp alone you would make good gains if the gear is dosed correctly and your diet and training are good.

What sort of gains have you made so far?.

You should be rollin hard by now. 60mg dbol is high. And you shouldn't bump your test dose up to 600. 400 is plenty. Like Terrorizer said your diet is horrendus, or your stuff is flat out FAKE> Cuz if it was real you would have been feeling something forever ago. I usually gain about 30 lbs on my bench in like 3 weeks or so of dianabol alone. So you got some soul searchin to do.

I have put on 12lbs so far and my weight is gradually climbing on my workouts, however visually there isnt really anything yet.

Oh i c. Yeah I don't really get visible gains until im in like late wk3 or wk4 with dbol. My strength goes through the roof and I weigh 22 lbs more but don't notice. I think it has to do with us looking in the mirror every 45 sec. So we notice no change at all

Just be patient and it will be visual before you know it. Just keep shoving food down your throat and training hard. Waiting is the hardest part.
