OK, I'm planning on running a 4 week cutting cycle that looks like this:

Tren,
Prop, Albuterol, T3, Tamoxifen, Clomid, Vaporize(a sesamin product by MAN)
*Days d-4 to d-1: Albuterol (4,4,8,8mg), T3 (20,20,20,40mg), Vaporize (9 caps/day for 30 days)
Days 1-26:
Tren-100mg EOD,
Prop-100mg EOD
Days 1-42: Tamoxifen 40mg ED
**Go up to 12mg
Albuterol ED, taper down starting day 24 (8,8,4,4)
***Increase T3 dose by 20mcg Q3days, up to 100mcg ED, start tapering on day 21 (80,80,60,60,40,40,20,20)
PCT
Days 26-42: Clomid 100mg x10 days, 50mg x7 days, HCG-1,000u Q3days x 5 shots)
Humalog- 10iu post-workout (Days 29-50)
Creatine/Glutamine- 15gms each ED (Days 29-50)
Diet:
250gms Pro=1,000 cals
120gms Carbs=480cals
90gms Fat=810cals
Total=2290cals
6 meals a Day
Protein: Salmon, Chicken Breast, Tuna, Eggs, Lean Ground Turkey, Low-fat Shreaded & cottage cheese, Whey Protein
Carbs: Oatmeal, Broccoli, Spinach, Gatorade(8-12oz/day)
Fats: Peanuts, Olive Oil(1-2 tbsp/day)
Training:
3 Weight Training Days a week:
Part I: Squats-5 x5-8reps, Leg Extensions-3x12-15, Seated Military Press-5x5-8, Dumbbell Laterals-3x12-15, Barbell Curls-5x5-8, Standing Calf Raise-3x8-12, Cable Kneeling Crunches-3x15-20
Part II: Power Rack Deadlifts-5x5-8reps, Lat Pulldowns-3x12-15, Underhand Grip Assisted Pull-ups-5x Max Reps, Lying Leg Curls-3x10-12, Parallel Bar Dips-5x8-10, Seated Calf Raise-3x12-15, Hanging Leg Raise-3x Max Reps
Part III: Flat Barbell Press-5x5-8reps, Pec-Deck Flyes-3x12-15, Nautilus Pullovers-5x8, Barbell Lunges-5x5reps each leg, Side Bends-3x10-12reps each side, Donkey Calf raise-3x15-20, Incline Crunch/Sit-ups-3x Max Reps
Cardio:
4 sessions of 30min a week-early a.m.
Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
Current weight is 198.8lbs, 22%BF...I want to loose atleast 3lbs/fat/wk!!!
