Default Cutting/Weight loss cycle

I'm trying to put together a cycle to help lose weight and also help get a little cut. I have the mass, i just need to get rid of the rest. I did alot of power lifting so i have a good muscle quality, but i have gained fat. My personel best weights were: Dead lift at 540lbs (after only about 6 months of lifting) and i did 4 sets of 10 reps. My calf was 600lbs for 5 sets of 10. My legs presses i did 765 at 4 sets of 10. If that sounds any good for a novice lifter let me know. I hope someone can help me with a good cycle. Thanks in advance.

No no no, I've been lifting for a few years, those numbers are just my personal best, after 6 months.

More about myself:
28yrs old
about 300lbs
6ft tall
At the moment i'm not able to do serious lifting due to a medical problem, but i am still working out.

powerlifting usually involves squats, bench and deads....anyway...if you are injured or have medical issues no cyle bro...no need to...you need to tweak your diet and training to lose, but cut..check out our training forum...some of the best bros on the boards and can help you...

diet is the issue for you I would say - diet and more cardio type training - after you lose some fat then a good cycle would be best
