Default cycle advice please

sup fellas. i just finished my pct about a week ago. had the best recovery yet. didn't get a fever w/a headache for a few days like sometimes happens. my cycle was really mild yet pretty long in duration (20 weeks). i lost almost 10 lbs. but have put it all back on again using creatine. so basically i'm at where i was and am looking forward to getting back on as soon as safely possible. anyways what i am wondering is what are some good ones to stack w/anavar. i have 5 bottles of 100 2.5mg tabs. i also have some test enan. i'm thinking of running the var at 20-30mgs ed with 200-500mgs test and 300-400mgs deca. i've used tren in my last 2 cycles and am trying to avoid it this time. i suspect it had a lot to do with my back and shoulders breaking out pretty bad. my skin is finally clearing up and i would like it to stay that way. feedback please...

I'm in my late 20's. Been training since I was about 20 so it's been almost a decade of consistant training. Did it naturally for the first 5 and have been cycling for about the last 3. I'm 5'9" and about 195 right now with maybe like 12% bf. I would like to like to get to about 220 with a little less body fat.

So you lost 10lbs on cycle, and then gained the 10 back with creatine? What are your goals for steroids? size? strength?

If you've been training with roids for three years and still are at 195, maybe you should focus on changing your training and diet.

Your cycles have probably been fine, although a 20 week cycle sounds a little fucked up to me. Most people have a hard time gaining after week 8 on the cycle. Even with light usage, 20 weeks seems like too much body damage not enough recovery time.

Read Animalmass's posts about DFHT to understand that whole concept.

There's just no magic pill.

Bro my diet and training are solid. I have been a certified personal trainer. Thank you for your corncern though. To be honest my numerical stats don't do my physique any justice. When I started at age 20 I was around 150. So i've added 50-60 lbs of muscle to my frame. I have smaller bones and joints which looks great when accompanied by large muscles (not the best for powerlifting but thats not what I'm into). Most people think I weigh 220ish because my shoulders and back are very wide. So really in this particular situation the advice I want is purely chemical. What to take or not take and how long to wait to take it.

check out phreezers post, and look at animalmass's DFHT. I'm pretty sure everyone will agree that a 20 week cycle is absolute shit, I think 10 weeks is what's going to be recommended.

the DFHT is a key read, and I think you need to adapt your training to it if you want to get any more gains.

if you keep training/dieting the way you are currently, I think you're tapped out and not going to grow any more.

I'll admit that I don't know your training or diet routene, but for someone who claims to have lifted for nearly ten years and been on roids for the past three all while being a personal trainer, but still hasn't hit the 200lbs mark...it's not the wrong chemicals it's the wrong diet and training.

If your goal is to go from 195 to 220 lbs, I would definitely not waste the Var right now. You should do an aggressive shorter cycle.....well anything is shorter than 20 wks
T Enanth 500 mgs for 10 wks
Deca 500 mgs for 10 wks

*make sure you have nolvadex handy in case you have any estrogen related sides like gyno.....you can add 20 mg/day. The only downside of Nolva is it decreases some of your gains due to less water retention, so you'll get a little less size and stength.
Also get gear ready for PCT such as HCG and Clomid.
Save your Anavar for a cycle where your goals are not to gain weight or size.
One of the main reasons you lost everything you gained from your cycle was cause you didn't do PCT (or at least you never mentioned that you did).
Make sure your protein and calories are high enough. AAS don't work very well if you're not eating enough protein and calories. Hope all of this helps.
