i was just wondering what is a good cycle to hop on and then once ur done is relatively easy to keep ur gains. i've done a couple of cycles: test enanthate with d-ball and prop with d-ball. i kept a decent amount of my gains on both but i was wondering what a good cycle to hop on is and in the end keep most of what i gained. i know eating right and PCT is very important as well. any advice would be awseome!!

There is no magic formula mate.If your diet and training is not spot on you won't keep them.Diet is the key to keeping gains.As foremanrules posts,steroids don't give permanent gains.Some steroids will give you less bloat etc. so if looks like you keep more but it is an illusion.People say primo,winstrol,tren etc. give more 'solid' gains,but how is this possible?.Muscle is muscle. www.muscletalk.co.uk |

Just like ForemanRules said, AAS is not the key. If anything, steroids can help you reach your goals faster and/or help you go beyond the genetic limits of your physique. However, once you surpass your genetic limitations... Well, what happens when you get off the juice and turn it back over to your genes.... If you're a hard gainer you'll lose mass. If you're a fat ass then you'd better keep up the cardio. My point is that you must have your diet, training, and overall lifestyle in check to make and keep real gains.

I read what ForemanRules posted as meaning that doing a cycle will not permanently fix your physique. What do you mean by your post? I'm not trying to start an arguement, but (for example) if any IFBB pro were to stop using AAS you would see them fall quickly from the pro ranks. So, you can't say that AAS yield everlasting gains.

The following are all required to help keep gains: Proper PCT Proper PC diet Proper PC workout routine Note: I realize my post looks/sounds overly simplistic, but these three things are the key to maintaining any gains you make post cycle. Obviously, I didn't elaborate on all the details regarding them, but you should easily be able to get that info on this board with minimal effort. Also, I want to express the fact that I realize that nothing is going to allow you to keep all the gains made while juicing, but by following the three principles listed above I have been able to keep 70-75% of my AAS gains (although I have to admit that a fair amount of post cycle GH use hasn't hurt).
