Should I add
winny? If so, what benefit will I derive?
Also, I'm 6'2" 220lbs, got BF tested yesterday 9.2%. Going to be working out w/ weights four days a week and cardio three days/week. What kind of diet should I be on? I want to gain mass, but I want it to be quality, maintaining about the same BF as I have now.
I've had no trouble maintaining body comp at 4,500 cal per day with no juice and limited training, but am ready to amp it up.
Please advise
