Default Cycle and nutrition tweak

Hey bros, I've pretty much settled on this for my 2nd cycle:
1-10 600mg Cyp
1-10 400mg Eq
4-12 150mg Tren EOD

Should I add winny? If so, what benefit will I derive?

Also, I'm 6'2" 220lbs, got BF tested yesterday 9.2%. Going to be working out w/ weights four days a week and cardio three days/week. What kind of diet should I be on? I want to gain mass, but I want it to be quality, maintaining about the same BF as I have now.

I've had no trouble maintaining body comp at 4,500 cal per day with no juice and limited training, but am ready to amp it up.

Please advise

i cant coment on diet to much, but at bf% you are and the gear your taking cut out all cardio. some one else will post on diet recomendation.

Cut cardio out completely? Also, if some bros have some food advise for me... post away! (such as calories, prot, carb amounts, etc)

you will only gain 2 or 3% on your cycle, and that is still low and easy to take back off. if you do cardio you will hinder you muscle gain. but you will need a good diet, look at some of the diets in the nutrition forum.
