cycle help

I am 6' 220 14% bf, 32 yrs old. I have been training pretty solid for about 12 years and really solid for the last 12 months. This will be my first "real cycle". (I did a transdermal tren cycle with good strength and size results).

1-10 500mg/sust.

1-12 400mg/EQ

have Nolvadex on hand for possible gyno and PCT.

Should I run the EQ two weeks before starting the Sust? Or keep it for two weeks longer?

PCT will start 3 weeks after last sust.

This is all I have and all I can get, so please help me with the above gear.

I know I start the Novla 3 weeks after last injection, but what are the doses?

Should I start the EQ two weeks before, or run it 2 weeks longer than the Sust.?
