Default Cycle help needed
Hi All,

I am 32 yo Egyptian (160 lbs,5.8 ft,16% bf) .

I have finished a sustanon 500/week & deca 200/week first of september.

Now i'm starting a winter cycle mid of december. is this ok?

What's available in the market is: Sustanon, Deca, Dianabol(tabs), winstrol (tabs) & Anadrol.

My target is to add (10-15 lbs) of lean mass while reducing body fat which is all around the waist and belly area.


How can i get a good cyclee out of this)

But what do u recommend? and how can i cycle sustanon, deca & Dbol? i have as well creatine, glutamin & protiens supllements ready.

my fav cutting stack is the universal test prop, winny and tren, and maybe trough in a little t3, but that is only for contests, i wouldn t recomend that for "toning up"

Run Sust.500 mgs and WinnieTabs 30-50 mgs. Also need some anti-E. In the future you should only buy Winnie Depot (inject). IMO, the tabs are garbage compared to the injectable. The inject is also more cost efficient.
